♦♦ Join us for a 10 day retreat in Goa to rediscover your strength and to step into your true existence. There will be 10 days full of exploring new places, practicing yoga, meditating and writing for healing and well-being. ♦♦

This retreat is for you


9th – 11th March -> Panjim -> after transfer from airport to hotel and check in, we visit the beautiful city of Panjim, enjoy the culture, eat Indian food, discover local stories from people and connect with our inner self. It’s all about taking the time to breathe in this new experience.
11th March -> We depart in the morning towards Ashwem and the beautiful resort that will host us for the yoga and writing retreat. On the way we’ll stop to visit Goa Velha (Old Goa) and the beautiful waterfall and caves of Arwalem.
11th – 18th March -> After we check in at the luxurious accommodation, we get comfortable. The resort is peaceful, with modern wooden cottages, bathroom, hammocks in front of each room, restaurant on site and a studio for our workshops. There is also a SPA where you can enjoy massages. The beach will be our private host for some of the yoga and meditation sessions during the next 7 days.

We’ll officially start the retreat in the evening, with a fire ceremony. Another fire ceremony will be held to mark the end of the retreat.

Daily schedule:

  • 7:30 – 9:00 morning yoga session
  • 9:30 – 10:00 breakfast
  • 11:00 writing therapy session with Alexandra/beach time
  • 12:00 – 13:30 time to relax, try the spa, explore, meditate
  • 13:30 – 14:30 lunch
  • 14:30 – 15:30 siesta time and free talks
  • 16:00 – 18:00 yoga and sunset meditation
  • 19:00 – 21:00 dinner and socializing

Please note that not all days will look like this. Feel free to skip any of the sessions if you feel like reconnecting with yourself and the nature around.

We’ll always be around and ready to help. Please feel free to come to us with any questions even outside the programmed sessions. We are happy to offer one to one as much as time allows us.

If you love massages and would like to book in advance, let us know. The spa is not big one but the ladies there have magic hands.

How to book your spot

In order to book your spot at the retreat, you need to pay 300 EUR to secure it before 30th November 2017.

Full price must be paid before 30th January.

Disclaimer: If the retreat is cancelled by the organisers, there will be 100% refund. If the participant decides to cancel the trip, they will be refunded the first payment by 10th January. After 10th January no other refund can be requested.
